Rockin' skulls

I wanted to be spontaneous and create something with weird looking skulls and so I came up with this while listening to music since it inspires me. This has a more cartoon/anime look.

He has no name, but he is one to shake trills of music down your spine as his numerous gazes from his skulls and his own devilish eyes hypnotize you to listen to his song.
